Python script injectNOAAPORTtext.py allows one to test interoperability by way of
spoofed NOAAPORT text. Run with no arguments to see usage.
For WFOs with a 20.2.x Hazard Services, this specially processed verion of the 19.3.5
base level python is designed to help optimize the post install steps. These python files
have been put through the 19.3.5->20.2.x directory reorganization. Also, the renamed methods
have been duplicated with both their original 19.3.5 names and their updated 20.2.x names.
